A+ Protein Smoothie

It’s back-to-school and we are enjoying this delightfully green smoothie which makes for a great morning blast off or a snack in between meals. Either way, prepare for an A+ day! 

The Recipe

1/2 cup Arugula (or Spinach leaves), washed and chopped

1/2 ripe Anjou Pear

1 Tbsp nubeleaf Organic Apple Powder

1 Tbsp nubeleaf Organic Brown Rice Protein Powder

Handful of cilantro

1 lime, juiced

1/2 cup of water or coconut water

1 inch of ginger, peeled

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together for a smooth and nutritional drink. Add water for desired consistency. Enjoy!
