Acai Chia Pudding

Top this tasty pudding with fruit for breakfast or enjoy as a luxurious and healthful dessert!

The Recipe

1 cup nut milk or coconut cream

1 medjool date (pitted)

1/4 tsp vanilla powder

1 pinch of Himalayan pink salt

3 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp nubeleaf Wild Harvested Acai Juice Powder

Directions:

Mix ingredients together in a wide jar, stir from time to time for about 10 min. Then store in the fridge for at least 15 mins or overnight.
