Ingredients:

1 lb fresh carrots, peeled and sliced

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups vegetable broth

1/2 cup heavy cream (or coconut milk for a dairy-free option)

1/4 cup sesame flour

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat some olive oil over medium heat in a large pot. Add the chopped onions and garlic and cook until they become translucent.

2. Add the fresh carrots and sauté for a few minutes until they soften.
