Weeknight Pesto
This delicious and easy pesto is a great way to work some greens into weeknight meals!
The Recipe
2 cups fresh basil
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp nubeleaf Organic Broccoli Powder
1 handful of cashews
1 clove of garlic
juice of 1/2 a lemon
3 tbsp hemp oil or olive oil
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth. Toss with pasta or store in an airtight container for later.
