Dairy-Free Whipped Cream
I am always searching for recipes that are nutritious and are healthier versions of things that I grew up enjoying. This whipped cream recipe has been a game-changer! Not only is this whipped cream dairy-free, but the addition of our Organic Agave Inulin Powder also adds a bit of fiber where you would least expect it. Use it on anything and everything!
Ingredients:
1 can Full Fat Coconut Milk
3 Tablespoons nubeleaf Organic Agave Inulin Powder
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Liquid or nubeleaf Organic Stevia Powder, to taste.
Directions:
Place coconut milk in the fridge or freezer for at least 3 hours to chill and harden.
2. Pour the thickest, whitest parts of the milk (the cream) in an electric stand mixer/or large bowl.
3. Add all the other ingredients and mix on high speed to fully incorporate all the ingredients. Continue beating for a couple minutes.
4. Serve immediately or place cream in fridge until ready to serve.
