Vegan Cacao Bites

These truffles are a simple, 3-ingredient treat - easy enough to whip up for a someone special this Valentine’s Day!

 

The Recipe

1 cup Medjool Dates

1 cup walnuts, almonds, or coconut meat

2 tbsp. nubeleaf Organic Cacao Powder

Directions:

Place the walnuts in a food processor or a powerful blender (food processors work better) and blend until they have a crumbly texture. Add the dates and the cacao and blend again. Make truffle balls with your hands, finish with a sprinkling of turmeric, and they’re ready to serve! Store the bites in a sealed container at room temperature, or in the refrigerator to preserve longer.
